Appointment conditions

You can reschedule or cancel 24h before your appointment.
We charge 70% of the procedure fee for late changes or cancellation of an appointment, payment for the service will be made via invoice.
Please note that appointments made less than 24 hours in advance are considered mandatory.
If you are late or skip your appointment you will have to pay the full price of the procedure, payment for the service will be made via invoice.
In case of illness, there is no service charge if you show a medical certificate
When you register as a customer, you give us permission to send you service communications. You will also always receive a confirmation of your booking by email
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice can only be made by calling 041 314 4070
